Returns & Exchanges

At Neurogum India, we stand by the quality of our functional gum and mints; if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 15-day return window for unopened products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only process returns for items that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at support@neurogum.in within 15 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Verification & Approval

  Our team will review your request and, once approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the unopened items securely in their original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
